Lead Management Systems are typically designed for a specific Lead Buyer to better operate a lead buying strategy by creating a central place for Lead Sellers to post leads. A LMS has reporting that Lead Buyers and to a lesser extent Lead Sellers may use. Normally, there is a layer of lead validation included in the LMS, but that is about it. Additionally, LMS fees can be $10,000 if the Lead Buyer is using a self-serve model to as much as $20,000-$40,000 per month if the Lead Buyer is using a managed solution model by opting for some outside lead buying help, normally covering the media buying and planning functions.

While LMS functionality is part of the core of Leadxchange, the system was built to provide services to multiple Lead Buyers and Lead Sellers well beyond a simple LMS. The tool has a profile and search feature to allow Lead Buyers and Lead Sellers to connect and handles the month end billing making reconciliation and payment a breeze. Additionally, there are powerful technical tools such as easy to use lead form builders and landing page builders that don’t require you to involve your technology teams saving you time and money. In summation, Leadxchange is a marketplace platform that also has all the services found in a LMS as part of its core features.

Data exchanged between a Lead Buyer and a Lead Seller is only available to either of the specific parties. Though the platform and marketplace allow many buyers and sellers to do business together, the lead data is proprietary to only those parties contracted to exchange it. It is against our Terms of Use for Data to be shared or sold to any other party.

Simply stated, we’re mission based; not profit focused. As such we’re placing an emphasis on helping revolutionize the lead marketing industry through great technology. We do need to ensure we’re able to provide and enhance our service over time. Some of our services are free; most others are bundled together and subject to a 1% of marketing spend charge to both buyer and seller to use. For our fee based services we have a minimum monthly charge of $500 and a maximum of $10,000. Yes, most likely more secure than a lead buyers or lead sellers own database. We don’t store any super sensitive data such as Social Security Numbers or Credit Card Numbers and our system is (include techie jargon here). However, it is up to Lead Buyers and Lead Sellers to keep their log in credentials confidential. If you ever feel that your security has been compromised, let us know and we will quickly change your log in credentials and monitor usage of the old credentials.
